Butterfly Journey: Women Development Program I am proud to share the successful completion of the Butterfly Journey Women Development Program for Women of Steel. This program was designed to empower our women employees, foster their growth, and enable them to realize their full potential in both their personal and professional lives. This 3-month program included a series of sessions that provided a platform to spark growth, foster self-belief, and nurture leadership potential. From the very first session on group discussions to the reflective and engaging workshops that followed, each moment was a step toward building confidence and embracing aspirations for greater roles within the organization. Throughout these months, we witnessed the power of shared learning. The interactions, insights, and ideas exchanged not only inspired personal growth but also enriched workplace culture. Just as a butterfly undergoes a remarkable metamorphosis from a caterpillar to a creature of beauty and freedom, this program symbolizes the personal and professional growth of women in the workplace. I believe Women of Steel are now better equipped to take on challenges, embrace opportunities, and inspire change within their teams and communities. May this experience serve as the foundation for a bright and fulfilling future. We recently held a graduation ceremony to honor the Women of Steel for their dedication and remarkable progress throughout the program. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Gaurav Thakur, Priti Patil and Deepak Rai for their continuous support and guidance. I would also like to thank the SMP leadership team and reporting managers for fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity within the organization.
