At AgroStar, we believe that continuous learning and in-house leadership development are the cornerstones of a thriving organisation. The Empower Program, run by the AgroStar Learning Academy over the past 6 months, is a testament to this commitment. This program was designed for our budding leaders in Sales, CX, and Capability teams and focused on building core leadership and functional skills. With 20 enthusiastic participants, it combined insightful sessions with hands-on learning experiences. 💡 Key Sessions Included: 🌟 Conflict Resolution & Managing EQ by Sujatha Bhambure 📈 Role of Marketing & Brand Positioning by Ryan Uthup 🔍 AAAQ Methodology by Kaushik Tiwari 🤝 People & Team Management by Pooja Bohidar 🏆 FAB Concept by Appa Mule 🗂️ Project Management by Peeyush Uttav After the program, participants were assessed for their progress, and the results were remarkable. 📊 26% improvement in working with data 🤝 22% improvement in people management Additionally, managers reported enhanced problem-solving skills, greater confidence, and much more among the participants.
