In the transition from GCCs (global capability centers) to GVCs (global value centers), the shift is clear: value creation is at the forefront of this evolution. GVCs are no longer just about operational efficiency — they are key drivers of #market diversification, #innovation, and #sustainable solutions. From creating value in the #ESG space to promoting start-up culture, GVCs are catalyzing positive change across industries. Talent, especially diverse and inclusive talent, is now the deciding factor in shaping the future. Promoting #workforce participation, especially women’s inclusion, is building a more resilient, reliable supply chain. Through co-creation and co-innovation, we are not only optimizing processes but also fostering an enabling environment that supports #IPR, #data protection, and inclusivity at every level. It’s about creating value for society while contributing to the growth of economies.
