We're thrilled to share the success of our recent two-day leadership training program designed specifically for our L2 leaders. This initiative aligned with our commitment to fostering continuous growth and development within our team. The program was designed to equip our leaders with the advanced skills and insights necessary to navigate today's complex business landscape. Key areas covered included: 1. Adaptive Leadership Mindset: Understanding the importance of flexibility and agility in leadership. 2. Influence and Persuasion: Mastering effective communication and negotiation techniques. 3.
