Job Title: IT Service Team Lead - NCR Region
Location: NCR Region (New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Service Setup Establishment:
Set up and establish IT service operations in the NCR region.
Develop and implement processes and workflows to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Recruitment and Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across different parts of NCR. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Service Call Management:
Oversee day-to-day management of service calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Monitor service performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize service delivery.
Implement best practices for service call management to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for handling service escalations in the NCR region. Work closely with clients, service engineers, and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Implement strategies to minimize service disruptions and improve overall customer experience.
Business Development:
Identify and explore new service business opportunities, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), FMS (Facility Management Services), and Technical Support services. Develop and execute plans to expand the service network to other parts of North India, leveraging existing relationships and creating new partnerships. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT service management, preferably with a focus on field service operations.
Total Work Experience of 5 Years in IT Service.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a service team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in handling service escalations.
Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including AMC, FMS, and Technical Support services.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the IT service sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience working in the NCR region and knowledge of the local market is highly desirable.
