A brief encounter with the artists can be profoundly enlightening. We're thrilled to see leading companies like Accenture embracing the true spirit of inclusion and investing in meaningful workshops that drive real impact.
Vice President - HR, Talent Strategy @Accenture || Emp Exp Transformation - Culture, Wellbeing, Recognition, Engagement || Inclusion & Diversity || Supplier Inclusion & Sustainability || Inclusive Internship
Creativity has no limits, no labels—it flows from the heart. This workshop, 'Mindless Art' as it was called, led by an artist with Down syndrome, proves that talent is defined by vision, not circumstance. It’s a story of breaking barriers and celebrating the art within us all. Will remember our interaction with You forever Gayathri. Wishing you achieve more accolades and goodness always..

This captivating compilation perfectly captures the essence of that unforgettable day! Hosting an immersive experience for such an engaged audience was truly exhilarating. Reliance Retail employees' wholehearted participation in every activity was inspiring, and their meaningful interactions made our sensitization efforts truly rewarding.
🌟 Empathy in Action: A Transformative Step Towards Disability Inclusion 🌟 We at Reliance, in collaboration with Atypical Advantage, designed an immersive day at RCP, to shift perspectives, challenge perceptions, and foster deeper understanding of disability inclusion. Through four powerful activities, employees got a glimpse into the lived experiences of People with Disabilities (PwDs): 🔹 Blindfold Challenge: Navigating the unseen with courage. 🔹 Sign Language Booth: Building bridges through the universal language of empathy. 🔹 Twisted Vision: Experiencing a world through altered perspectives. 🔹 Wheelchair Maze Race: Understanding mobility challenges with resilience. With an overwhelming attendance of 500+ employees, this event was more than just a day of activities—it was a transformative journey where empathy met action and inclusion took root. Together, we’re not just envisioning change—we’re living it. #InclusionMatters #EmpathyInAction #DisabilityInclusion #DiversityAndInclusion #StrongerTogether Venkatesh GR Chitra Padmanabhan Bani Khurana Shaikh Hemalakshmi Raju Kasturi Borkotoki (She/Her) Nishi Srivastava ( She/Her) Lavanya Menon Mayukh Mukherjee (He/Him) Gurpreet Kaur Janvi Kothari Atypical Advantage

Sensitizing Saturday! ✨ Lesson #8: Instead of saying "suffering from a disability," say "living with a disability" or "has a disability." Why? Because people are not defined by struggles—they are defined by their strength and individuality.💛 Let’s choose words that celebrate resilience and promote respect. Together, we can make a world of difference! Catch us every Saturday for more ways to spread kindness through inclusive language! 🫶 #AtypicalAdvantage #SensitizingSaturday #WordsMatter #InclusiveLanguage #KindnessCounts

This December has been a remarkable month for us, and this collaboration is the icing on the cake. We're thrilled to announce that Atypical Advantage has joined forces with the Tamil Nadu Government to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through upskilling, placement, and inclusive opportunities. Through this partnership, we aim to: 🌸 Upskill and Reskill: Collaborate with the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled (DWDA) to organize skill development and training programs, enhancing the employability of PwDs. 🌸 Dedicated Job Placement: Offer tailored job placement services and create more opportunities for PwDs, fostering inclusive workplaces. 🌸 Awareness and Education: Conduct awareness programs to educate employers and educational institutions about the benefits of hiring and accommodating PwDs. In a significant milestone, our Head of Blue Collar Inclusive Hiring, Laharee ., met with Tmt. M. Lakshmi, IAS, Director for Welfare of the Differently Abled in Chennai, to sign this landmark MOU. As a token of love from all our artists, Laharee also presented an art piece made by Rupak, an artist on the autism spectrum. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Tamil Nadu for their dedicated support in our mission to promote inclusive hiring practices. At Atypical Advantage, inclusion is at the core of our mission. We envision a world where opportunities know no boundaries, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are an integral part of the workforce. Together, let's strive to make inclusivity the new norm. #AtypicalAdvantage #MoU #InclusiveHiring #Supply #Inclusion #Chennai #GOI #BlueCollar

When London became the canvas for Indian dreams! 🥰 A dream we envisioned together with Revati Sharma Singh a few years ago has finally become a reality. Innumerable phone calls, everyday meetings and 365 days of hard work later…Our London Exhibition, "Art Through My Eyes," successfully concluded on a high note! We're overwhelmed with gratitude as friends in London came forward to support, young adults volunteered, and visitors left with smiles after experiencing the exhibition. This is the power of Indian artists, and this is the power of art. Following the event, we received an overwhelming response regarding art bookings and it is indeed a moment worth celebrating 🥳 Thank you to everyone who poured their heart and soul into making this event a resounding success. We extend our deepest gratitude to Lord Meghnad Desai for graciously inaugurating the event and sharing his precious time with us and to the talented artists who made this exhibition truly special 🥂 High Commission of India in London | Vineet Saraiwala | Dhiman Roy | Sakshi Gupta | Sangeeta Ahuja #AtypicalAdvantage #AtypicalArt #LondonExhibition #SuccessfulEvent #ArtThroughMyEyes #MuralPainting #CanvasPainting #IDPD #Inclusion #Diversity #IndianArtists
