    A week ago to the day, 21 curious young minds stepped into the world of mobility at our Sevelen plant in Switzerland as part of the national Future Day! 🌟 During a tour through our production hall, they learned about our innovative products and processes including the chance to witness our robots and automated guided vehicles in action, sparking excitement among our visitors. It was a fun-filled, hands-on experience.     Autoneum is committed to supporting meaningful causes, both locally and nationally! 💖 At our Złotoryja plant in Poland, our team recently raised 1 720 Polish złoty through delicious homemade cakes, a lottery and generous donations to help a brave 5-year-old battling Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Every cake and lottery ticket brought him one step closer to the life-saving treatment he needs! 🎁 Meanwhile, at the Winterthur HQ in Switzerland, our sporty team of runners raised 900 Swiss francs for the Swiss Red Cross, supporting families in need across Switzerland. This was made possible through their efforts of running 83 kilometers for a good cause in the WintiSOLA challenge – a city-wide run that brought twelve Autoneum athletes of different functions together! 🏃♂️🏃♀️ A huge thank you to everyone who contributed.     Autoneum acquires majority shareholding in Chinese automotive supplier We’re excited to announce that we signed an agreement today to acquire 70 percent of the shares of Jiangsu Huanyu Group, one of China’s leading suppliers of lightweight acoustic and thermal components for both light and commercial vehicles. The company operates 14 production facilities in close proximity to local car manufacturers in the north, west and southeast of China. The transaction, which is scheduled to close in March 2025, will strengthen Autoneum’s position in the world’s largest and fastest-growing automotive market and expand our broad customer base to include major Chinese vehicle manufacturers.     On yesterday’s Swiss National Future Day, we had the pleasure of welcoming eight curious kids and relatives of our staff to our HQ in Winterthur, Switzerland. The day was filled with excitement and learning as they explored the world of automotive innovation. Among other activities, the children had the chance to visit our test bench, laboratory, and Tech Center, where they saw cutting-edge technology in action and were able to gain an insight into the day-to-day work of their loved ones. To top it off, they got to test their knowledge and skills in a fun quiz and game session!     Empowering tomorrow’s leaders High Performance Leadership (HPL) is Autoneum's flagship program for senior leaders. Every other year it focuses on enhancing participants’ leadership competencies and management skills, supporting the successful implementation of our strategic priorities and fostering team spirit and engagement. In October, 27 participants from our locations in Asia, Europe, South and North America gathered at our Swiss headquarters in Winterthur for the program’s final one-week training module. During “Entrepreneur Day”, the leaders took on the challenge of turning 50 Swiss francs into as much revenue as possible. The aim of the exercise? To apply key learnings from the program to real life, to strategize, execute and boost team engagement in a playful way!💡From entering the kitchen and selling homemade cookies 🍪 to dancing and engaging people in the city of Winterthur, the four teams unleashed their creativity to the fullest. The result? A fantastic total of over 2 000 Swiss francs could be donated to Stiftung Wunderlampe, a local charity that grants wishes to children battling illness. 💖 1 000 Swiss francs were raised by the program participants and – in the true spirit of giving – the amount was doubled by Autoneum for this great cause! 🙌💰 A huge thank you to all participants! 🙏 #Autoneum #LeadershipInAction #SocialImpact #Wunderlampe #GiveBack #HighPerformance #Teamwork #CommunityCare #MakingADifference

    As a manufacturing company with production facilities in 25 countries, the safety and health of our employees is our top priority. That‘s why we foster a safe and sustainable workplace where everyone plays an active role in minimizing risks and preventing accidents and injuries. In September, our team in São Paulo, Brazil hosted its annual Internal Accident Prevention and Environment Week (SIPATMA). Over 150 employees participated in activities including lectures and discussions focused on health, safety, and environmental responsibility. Our colleagues also had the honor of participating in a workplace safety & well-being training organized by our customer General Motors (GM) at their plant in São Caetano do Sul for the first time. Together with GM employees and suppliers, they shared best practices on product safety, health and – demonstrating the power of collaboration and simulation-based learning in creating a safe workplace culture.     🌟In celebration of Autoneum’s vibrant local communities, our teams worldwide regularly host events to bring together not only employees, but also their families and friends! 🌟 In September, several of our plants opened their doors to external visitors as part of family days. While all events included guided tours of the sites, the activities hosted by the individual locations were as diverse and unique as our local teams. At the Hnátnice plant in Czechia, over 230 attendees – many of them kids – had a blast taking on the “foam challenge”, one of many fun attractions organized by the team! 🎉✨ From bouncy castles to a spectacular rescue demo by local firefighters, smiles and laughter filled the day! Meanwhile, at our plants in Lachapelle-aux-Pots and Ons-en-Bray, France, nearly 300 guests got to experience our colleagues’ passion and commitment to Autoneum first-hand. The day concluded with a delightful lunch, fostering deeper connections among members of staff and their visitors. Our three plants in Brazil also celebrated with their families. In São Paulo, our 80 volunteers organized a Star Wars themed event, which was linked to our new values and included games, music, food and small gifts for the children. Our staff in Gravataí organized a fun afternoon with food stalls, a live concert, toys for the kids as well as raffle prizes. The Open House Event at our location in Taubaté also offered special activities such as kids’ recreation, water toys, a magic show, massage, music acts including Autoneum’s cinema session. A huge shoutout to our incredible teams and local partners for making these events a resounding success and for strengthening our community spirit! 💪💙 #AutoneumFamily #CommunitySpirit #FamilyFun
