    Airtel Cares Airtel Digital BBR - Amplifying Consumer Voice Despite numerous reminders, Airtel and its team have failed to resolve the ongoing issue. It is truly disappointing that such a large company lacks a solution and shows no concern for its customers. The staff at the Seawoods West outlet, opposite Nexus Mall in Navi Mumbai, are unprofessional and lack basic knowledge of their own plans and policies. Their lack of training and respect for customers is evident. Instead of assisting customers and addressing their queries, they respond rudely, saying, "If you have so many problems, just pay the bill and disconnect the line." Why should I pay when I am not receiving the proper and consistent speed that I was promised? None of your engineers have visited to resolve this issue, despite repeated messages stating that an engineer would visit soon. This has not happened to date. I humbly request Airtel to shut down its services if it cannot respect its customers.

I am very disappointed with the service of your application. It does not work as expected and often shows misleading subscription offers. Despite sharing my requirements many times, the app keeps suggesting rooms that are out of my budget. It takes almost 7 days to find one suitable room. When I ask for a refund, I only receive automatic replies without any proper response. Please look into this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.     Bakingo Himanshu Chawla This is to highlight a issue of ordering a cake from Bakingo via Swiggy and wanted to mention an emotion over the face of cake. my mode of providing the inputs to vendor (Bakingo) was in 3 different ways 1- mentioning under food instructions in Swiggy app 2. called directly to Bakingo vendor (validated as well via bakingo customer care and vendor on call conference) 3. over the WhatsApp chat to vendor but Alas all 3 ways went in vain when I received the cake , I got shock to see the cake and as nothing was mentioned over it. Please understand that delivering cake is not just a delivery of a sweet but it is an *Emotion* for your customers as well and these type of scenarios create a bad impact of the brand as well as it RUIN the moment of surprising your dear one to feel special with outstanding delivery please educate your vendor partners to have some accountability of service otherwise it's a hostptality area and can go down with bad word of mouth. i don't want to disrespect brand or Mr Himanshu but this needs to be take care as I am a loyal customer of Bakingo

    Furious & Frustrated: My Nightmare Experience with OYO ! R I feel completely cheated by OYO, and I want everyone to know how terrible their service has become. This is not just mismanagement—it’s outright fraud! I booked a hotel in Sector 48 through the OYO app, only to be denied check-in upon arrival because the hotel had stopped taking OYO bookings for the past 4-5 months! Imagine my shock and frustration after traveling all the way there. OYO then provided me with a “replacement hotel” nearby. The pictures looked great—just like the first one—but when I checked in, it was a nightmare! • Spit stains right next to the bed • A broken TV • Filthy, unhygienic conditions I immediately requested a room change, but the second room was just as disgusting. These are the real rooms OYO doesn’t show on their app! When I reached out to their so-called customer support, it was a circus! • The agent kept stalling, putting me on hold for 7-8 minutes at a time • He claimed to be “verifying details” but was actually just calling the property manager • I repeatedly asked for another replacement, but they refused After relentless pushing, the hotel finally gave me a “bigger room,” but guess what? • No proper electricity (only one bulb worked) • Key card not working—the manager tried inserting it multiple times, but nothing happened • By now, it was 10:30 PM, and I was exhausted. I tried to adjust, but the conditions were impossible. I finally left the hotel around 5 AM because my all electronics where getting shut down because of no electricity . But the real scam happened later! • I contacted OYO support again in the morning • The agent blatantly lied, claiming I had refused a resolution • He marked my query as “completed” and denied any solution ! This is beyond unacceptable! OYO is blatantly cheating customers, providing false resolutions, and refusing refunds no matter how terrible the experience. I will not let this go. OYO, I am attaching all the proofs—DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! To everyone reading this: BEWARE OF OYO! Their flashy pictures and false promises will leave you stranded, frustrated, and cheated!     Two Fire-Boltt smartwatches and none of them work! Flipkart, what is going on? Technology should make life easier, but when you get a faulty product and a bad customer experience, it just adds to the frustration! I ordered two Fire-Boltt smartwatches from Flipkart, and both of them turned out to be dead—none of them would turn on! Not only this, the charger is also not working. The whole setup is useless! It is understandable to get a defective product once, but getting both the units defective? This is a straight-up quality control failure. Brands are only concerned about increasing sales, but do they not care about customer experience at all? Now I have to deal with customer support, which is often even more tiring.     A Nightmare Customer Experience with Livpure India & Flipkart Good customer service is the backbone of any successful brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Livpure and Flipkart has been nothing short of a nightmare—a textbook case of how NOT to handle customers. The Purchase & Initial Installation Disaster I ordered a Livpure water purifier through Flipkart, expecting a seamless experience. Instead: An untrained technician came for installation. The purifier never worked—not a single drop of water. Calls to the technician? Unanswered. Customer Service Gone Wrong When I contacted Livpure India customer support, things got worse: The technician who installed it is now on leave. The person assigned to fix it is also on leave. The manager responsible? Also on leave. Their boss, Nagendar, is ignoring calls. To make it even more frustrating, Flipkart refused my return request despite selling a defective product. I was left with no working purifier and forced to buy bottled water just to survive. The Bigger Issue: Systemic Failure This isn’t just about a faulty product. It’s about a complete failure of customer support, accountability, and service management: No escalation mechanism in place. No backup plan when key staff is on leave. No urgency to resolve a basic necessity like drinking water. The Ask: Fix This At this point, I demand: ✅ Immediate full refund for the defective product. ✅ Compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses. ✅ A public commitment from Livpure India and Flipkart to improve their service. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I don't know what can be done... To all consumers: Always research customer service reviews before buying appliances from any brand.
