Our company supplies trained & competent Crews for Shipping and Oil & Gas since 2015 to principals in Europe and the Middle East. The Company is fully incorporated and complies with all Laws and Regulations applicable in India including Tax Laws. The Company has a valid Recruitment & Placement License issued by the Government of India. The Company is ISO 1901: 2015 certified by RINA and remains compliant. Each crewmember is fully qualified and holds certification appropriate for his rank. Crew are interviewed in our office by Masters & Chief Engineers with over 25 years each in the Marine & Offshore industry. We emphasise on experience and training and considering our relations with several Training Institutes in India can arrange for the best training for our crews depending on our Principals requirements. Our company is crewing for over 30 vessels and this includes Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Dredgers, Tugs, Accommodation Barges, Cable Layers and Rigs. Our services to our Principals include but are not limited to : Sourcing crew Checking Documents & verifying authenticity Interviewing prospective candidates Arranging Senior Crew Interviews with Principals over skype Final Selection of Crew Pre Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) by approved Medical Facility. Including ILO/ MLC/ STCW/ Flag compliant medicals. Visas and Tickets Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ISM & Safety Familiarisation Providing board & lodging to transitting crew Insurance follow up Updating Principals with latest relevant regulations Laison with Unions if required Registration Of seafarers on the RPS portal. Flag Documentation Mobilization to job sites Payroll. Feedback from crews returning after completion of contracts. Preparing rotation schedules for the crew.
