    All my employees feel valued and included and this is how I made it happen. Last week I was having a chat with a good friend of mine, a fellow entrepreneur, and he asked me about this. I smiled because, honestly, this is one of my favourite topics to talk about. At BigBrandTheory, everything is built around culture. It's the foundation of who we are. The answer is simple: people stick around when they feel valued. When they’re recognized for their work. When they’re trusted with responsibility that challenges them and makes them grow. That’s the heart of our approach at BBT. Recognition isn’t a once-a-year thing here. It’s something we do continuously, every day. When someone does something great, we make sure to shout it out loud. It could be in a meeting, on our WhatsApp group, or even through an email. It doesn’t have to be a grand gesture every time. Sometimes, just acknowledging someone's hard work in front of the team makes all the difference. It’s about making sure people know they matter. For me, that’s the magic of building a strong culture. It’s not about perks or flashy titles. It’s about making sure that every single person feels like they’re a part of something meaningful.     October 2021, BigBrandTheory teamed up with The Pahadi Story to launch their Masala Chai. Over 5 million cups have been sold globally since then. 2000+ unique customers, and 500+ positive reviews. BBT has also won numerous awards for packaging and illustration including the best design project. How did this happen? It all started with a vision to make the packaging the star. The packaging needed to tell a story. We were entering an already crowded category - Masala Chai. A popular beverage of India and the goal was to create packaging that could cut through retail clutter and evoke emotion without being expensive. Shweta Shah, the Co-Founder of The Pahadi Story, said “Our packaging needs to reflect our roots and the authenticity of our product,” We got to work. We created unique fonts inspired by Indian script and tea leaves, giving the packaging an ethnic and beautiful feel. These fonts were combined with original, handcrafted illustrations of Pahadi women farmers and the beautiful tea gardens. The backdrop was a geru red, to show the rich colour of Kadak masala chai. We chose tins for the packaging, to add a nostalgic touch and make them keepsakes. It became a standout product on the shelves. An Amazon bestseller being sold globally and is a favourite beverage for 1000s of happy customers who keep coming back to the brand. Businesses also used it as gifts for their clients or employees.
