Glimpses of 1st combined National Biopharma Mission(#NBM) Regional #Tech #transfer offices (#RTTOs) Technology licensing event at T-Hub Hyderabad. The event had a presence of 200+ Innovators, Investors, Academic Institutions, startups, MSMEs and important stakeholders in the domain of #Pharma #Medtech, #Devices and #Diagnostics. The key highlights of the event included #pitch, #poster sessions by innovators and RTTOs on the technologies available for licensing in the domain of healthcare. Jitendra Kumar, Managing Director BIRAC in his keynote address highlighted the importance and need of IP culture in the country for it to reach to new heights. They congratulated the teams in bringing together different #stakeholders on a common platform. He appreciated the efforts made by the country in the domain of #IP in the recent years, which is evident in the rise in ranking in different IP parameters. He also stressed upon the need of expansion of IP and tech transfer #ecosystem which should be in line of the ambitious BioE3 policy of the Government. Dr. Raj K Shirumalla Mission Director NBM, in his address highlighted the efforts made by the Mission in supporting and expanding the activities of the RTTOs in the country.
