Nagaveni, a Panchayat worker from Chokkapura, transformed her life after joining the Spoorthi Fellowship and Buzz Green programs. From starting a kitchen garden that saves her family money to organizing community meetings and earning a promotion as a village social auditor, she’s proving how small steps can lead to big changes. 💬 Want to know how she’s inspiring her village to go green? In November, Buzz Netherlands Ambassadors visited India, marking a pivotal moment for Buzz Women. The purpose of their visit went beyond discussions—it was about strengthening connections, exchanging perspectives, and laying the groundwork for growth. For the Ambassadors, this was a chance to immerse themselves in the heart of Buzz Women’s largest operations. Experiencing the movement firsthand allowed them to better share its story, mobilize their networks, and open doors to funding and partnerships. For the India team, this was an opportunity to reflect and evolve. We’re at a stage where growth demands thoughtful leadership, and this visit was a moment to involve our managers in shaping Buzz’s future. As Uthara shared during one session: “It’s about slowing down to go faster.” Together, we explored three key areas—economic resilience, social equity, and climate action—while drawing on the expertise of the Ambassadors to rethink organizational challenges. This week wasn’t just about conversations; it was about co-creating solutions and building leadership that can guide us forward. Because change always begins with listening, learning, and coming together. 🌍✨ #BuzzWomen #GlobalCollaboration #SharedVision #LeadershipInAction #EconomicSocialClimate Uthara Narayanan Dave Jongeneelen Venkatesha GS Lekha J Suresha B

Last Tuesday, we hosted a memorable Fundraising Dinner at our Dutch office in Austerlitz. It was an evening filled with new connections, inspiration, and the energy of the Buzz Women movement. Our goal was to share the Buzz Women story and build partnerships with people who align with our mission to empower women worldwide and the response was amazing: from funding to expertise to networks, it’s incredible to see how a shared vision can turn strangers into partners in just one evening.🧡 A HUGE thank you to Better Meetings B.V. Meetings, our longtime partner, for sponsoring the delicious food and beautiful venue. Their unwavering support from day one has been crucial in helping us do what we do every day: enabling women to transform their lives and drive change in their communities and beyond.🌍 📆 Save the date! We’re hosting another one of these inspiring dinners on December 10th. Want to be part of the movement? Send us a message—we’d love to have you at the table! #buzzwomen #fundraisingdiner Dave Jongeneelen Marielle Sijgers Nicole van Thoor David de Buck Rinze Verbeek Inge Lamé Thekla Westra Corinne Heijn Shari Veldhuizen

Our partner organisation in Ukraine called: Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs Hub (U&WE Hub) is a community of 6800+ conscious women entrepreneurs. U&WE Hub’s mission is to support current and future women entrepreneurs in today's conditions and challenges through training, networking, and experience exchange to strengthen each other and help them create businesses with social impact. This project emerged as a response to the war, when many women were forced to move, lost their jobs, their businesses, or faced business relocation. Daily we hear stories of unbreakable resilience and desire to develop the country's economy even in the difficult conditions of war. Liudmyla's story is one of those.
