Key Responsibilities: Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Logistics Solutions: Assess clients' import and export requirements, developing tailored logistics solutions to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans, including freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing. Value Addition: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients' logistics operations by recommending suitable, reliable, and speedy solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, sharing relevant insights with clients to enhance their logistics strategies. Global Shipping Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the worldwide shipping business, including regulations, market conditions, and best practices. Update clients regularly on global shipping developments and their potential impact on their logistics operations. International Cargo Movements: Oversee the coordination and execution of international cargo movements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Post Graduates in relevant fields. Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and critically. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
