Ltd. is excited to see our efforts come to its logical closure as the Hon’ble 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 of India recently inaugurated the additional 𝟭𝟯-𝗸𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶-𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱-𝗠𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗼-𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗿, 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝟱𝟱 𝗸𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟭 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. In 2019, we had the privilege of kicking off this project of national importance by conducting a geotechnical investigation for this newly inaugurated stretch. Our comprehensive work included: ✅ Over 100 boreholes ✅ Field permeability tests ✅ Crosshole seismic tests ✅ Pressuremeter tests This project reflects our dedication to contributing to world-class infrastructure and empowering India’s transit systems. Cengrs had the opportunity to perform the geotechnical investigation for the 𝗘𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝟴𝟮, 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮. Covering an area of about 6.6 acres, the site is situated in a strategic location for businesses and retail operations. Cengrs Geotechnica Pvt. Ltd. was entrusted with the comprehensive geotechnical investigations for this extensive project. The project covers an area of 6.6 acres. A tower having 3 basements + G+27 storeys and a retail area having 3 basements+ G+7 storeys are under construction. Our scope of work included 15 boreholes to 20-60 m depth, 5 electric cone penetration tests to 40 m depth, 2 cross-hole seismic tests, and 2 electrical resistivity tests. To standardize the SPT values to 60% energy transfer, the energy transferred to the SPT anvil was measured. Extensive laboratory tests were performed on soil samples to determine various parameters. Detailed engineering studies were performed to justify a safe bearing capacity of over 100 T/m2 for the raft foundation at the third basement level, thus economizing the foundation design.
