Emotional intelligence, or EQ, A critical skill that can significantly impact our personal and professional lives. Understanding the same, we recently concluded a transformative 2-day Emotional Intelligence training session. The workshop, facilitated by the esteemed Dr. Shilki Bhatia, was designed to enhance our team's ability to understand, use, and manage emotions effectively. By developing our EQ, we can improve our communication skills, build stronger relationships, and handle stress more effectively.
