We know that you have a lot of choices on where you spend your time and energy. That's why we, the CS Ladies, want you to know first and foremost that we are in service to YOU. Whether you are someone who feels that you don’t fit in or haven’t found your tribe yet - perhaps you feel undervalued personally or professionally or in any other way under represented - we are here for YOU. Our community is solely focused on empowering women through a "learn with and from" approach that leads to personal success. We welcome women in the customer success profession and beyond (SaaS, not SaaS, SMB to global enterprise) who are interested in self-improvement, offering / receiving mentorship, upskilling and supporting other women. Our mission is to nurture each other through direct relationships which allow us to learn, teach and share. We aim to provide a safe environment to reach deep into our professional work but also the profound issues that impact us as women.

    ✨ This Diwali hit different! ✨ After two years in the States, where I missed out on all the family celebrations, this one hit different. I celebrated right at home, with my family – no rushing, no FOMO, just good old-fashioned togetherness Mom picked out a stunning ethnic outfit for me, and honestly, there’s something so special about putting on clothes chosen by her We laughed, shared sweets, and just soaked up the festive vibes and the best part? Not a single scroll, no laptop, no phone, no notifications Just me, my family, and the moments that really matter This Diwali was a reminder of what really matters – the warmth of home, the love of family, and the simple joy of being present :)

    Thank you Mumbai for all the love!! 💙 I was off LinkedIn for a bit… but for a great reason I was busy curating something very special for our Customer Success community – and what an experience it was! I hosted India's very first Customer Success Summit in Mumbai! 🇮🇳 7 months ago, this idea popped into my mind. I didn’t overthink it Just went with the flow, gathering people one meetup at a time After 10+ meetups across cities, the idea hit me – why not a summit in India? And what a turnout!     At a recent event, someone asked me: "Bhavika, what did your parents give you as a child to spark this much passion? I'm a parent, and I'd love to use the same thing for my child" 😅 I smiled at that moment But when I thought about it later, I realized The answer wasn’t anything material It was the unwavering support my parents gave me They taught me the importance of resilience, curiosity, and hustle And those values became the foundation of my passion To all the parents out there, sometimes the greatest gift you can give your child Is Belief in their potential!! I love you mom and dad :)
