Driving India’s Mobility Transformation at CII Mystic South 2025 We believe that the future of mobility is not just about moving people and goods - it’s about smart and sustainable growth. At the recently held CII Mystic South Global Linkages Summit 2025, industry leaders, policymakers and visionaries came together to explore how South India can power ahead toward a $10 trillion economy by 2047. Our MD & CEO, Satyakam Arya, chaired two key Mobility Pillar panel discussions at CII Mystic South 2025, addressing India’s potential as a global EV leader and the path to clean mobility. The first session, "Untangling the Traffic Knot – India’s Mobility Future," explored rural connectivity, smart mobility, electric logistics and policy-driven reforms. The second, "From Tailpipe Emissions to Tailwind Progress: The EV Revolution," focused on decarbonization, EV adoption, charging infrastructure, sustainable supply chains and battery innovations. Both discussions reinforced the need for collaboration across industries and policymakers to drive India's mobility transformation. Leading Sustainable Operations We are proud to announce a significant milestone at our Oragadam production facility that underscores our unwavering commitment to #sustainability. We have achieved #100% #renewablepower, marking a major step forward in our journey toward #CO₂eNeutrality. 🔹 22,970 tons of CO₂e offset through renewable power sourcing 🔹 4,300 kW peak capacity from onsite solar, powered by 15,000 panels 🔹 Achieved ahead of our 2025 target, reducing Scope 2 emissions From the outset, we have placed climate and environmental protection at the core of our operations, focusing on reducing CO₂e emissions and optimizing energy consumption. We have steadily expanded our renewable energy initiatives, culminating in cutting-edge infrastructure that drives sustainability forward. Our renewable power generation plant, with a peak capacity of 4,300 kW and powered by 15,000 solar panels, offsets approximately 4,000 tons of CO₂e emissions annually. Beyond renewable power, we continue to enhance energy efficiency and explore alternative sustainable solutions to further minimize our carbon footprint.
