We are excited to announce the successful conclusion of the Brainstorming Session on AI adoption in key sectors such as Agriculture, Healthcare, Semiconductors, and Quantum Tech, hosted by IISER Bhopal in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Government. This pivotal event, aimed at positioning Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh as a national education hub, was led by Prof. Gobardhan Das, Director of IISER Bhopal, and brought together Directors of prominent Higher Education Institutes and VCs to discuss the future of AI and its integration across crucial industries. Another interesting article by Agamdeep Singh was recently accepted in another top-tier venue. PANDA: Priority-Based Collision Avoidance Framework for Heterogeneous UAVs Navigating in Dense Airspace Conference: 24th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems(AAMAS) - Main technical Track (Accepted as Extended Abstract) With increasing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications, the airspace is expected to be crowded with heterogeneous (quadrotors, fixed wings and hybrid UAVs) multiple UAVs sharing a dense airspace. In this complex airspace, efficient collision avoidance techniques that respect right-of-way rules are essential. Further, UAVs may have different priorities depending on their tasks e.g. medical, logistics, etc. Due to this coupling of right-of-way with priority, collision avoidance in dense airspace becomes challenging. In this paper, we propose PANDA, a novel potential-field based approach that take addresses these constraints in a unified way. We evaluate PANDA through simulations. PANDA, achieves 21% faster completion time for the highest priority UAVs over a no priority baseline and a 60% faster completion time over the lowest priority UAVs. We compare PANDA to RIPNa algorithm and the results show that PANDA achieves 2X improvement in average completion time. Here are the details of the publication: Title: CricRAG: Retrieval Augmented Vision-Language Models for Personalized Cricket Coaching Conference: The 39th Annual AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence(AAAI) - Towards Knowledgeable Foundation Models Workshop Abstract: Vision-language models (VLMs) offer promising capabilities for automated sports coaching but face a fundamental limitation: they implicitly compare against professional standards, making their feedback impractical for developing players. We present CricRAG, a retrieval-augmented framework that aligns VLMs with skill-appropriate benchmarks for personalized cricket coaching. Our key insight is that by retrieving similar but better techniques as reference points, we can guide VLMs to provide developmentally appropriate feedback that mirrors human coaching practices. We contribute: (1) a labeled dataset of 288 cricket technique videos spanning multiple skill levels, (2) an efficient motion retrieval pipeline using contrastive learning that achieves 78% top-3 retrieval accuracy, (3) a frame sampling technique that reduces inference costs, and (4) a retrieval-augmented approach that significantly improves feedback alignment with coaching principles, achieving up to 94% agreement with professional assessments compared to 67% without retrieval context.
