Office of the Dean Alumni and Corporate Relations NITK (KREC) Surathkal manages following activities: All MoU related activities, viz. MOUs with academia, research organizations and industries. Act as a liaison between the Institute and Alumni. Workout modalities for creating and administering Awards for Alumni. Workout modalities for fundraising and ensure effective deployment and Utilization of Funds. Enrol students into the Alumni database. Facilitate student mentoring by alumni, Promote campus and department visits by alumni, Promote research & consultancy relationships between faculty & alumni Facilitate Alumni contributing to Institute in the capacity of Adjunct Faculty, Explore creation of Professorial Chairs by Alumni and Industry, Support networking activities and events, such as reunions. Support alumni communications, such as monthly/biannual/yearly newsletter Support alumni registration in database. Work closely with NITK Alumni Association on alumni-related matters. Initiating and Handling International relations involving Institute, MOU with MNC or Foreign Universities.
