The Kumbh Nagri witnessed thousands of students write heartfelt postcards to their friends and families, inviting them to witness the grand celebration. The campaign was part of an inspiring collaboration between India Post and the Prayagraj Mela Authority to promote a Swachh Mahakumbh. Through creative activities like letter writing and fun quizzes, students from over 200 schools across Prayagraj participated and learned the importance of a clean and green Kumbh executed by Daakroom. Fostering Svadharma and Seva Bhaav: Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program progresses with the initiation of the Training of Master Trainers of Phase 1 at CSOI, New Delhi. The Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program is one of the largest initiatives aimed at driving measurable behavioral change among civil servants, cultivating a strong sense of Svadharma and #SevaBhaav, and strengthening the connection between the roles and responsibilities of government officials. The program focuses on equipping officers with the mindset and skills to enhance citizen-centric service delivery and aligning their work with national priorities. The Master Trainers will be trained by Illumine Knowledge Resources- CBC’s Knowledge Partner. The initiative focuses on training DS and Director rank officials as Master Trainers, who in turn will train other officials in their respective ministries/ departments. The three day session for each group inter alia provides practical strategies to strengthen Seva Bhaav in each #Karmayogi and to reinvigorate citizen-centric values into daily governance. This phase of training the Master Trainers is scheduled to continue until January 18th 2025. S P Roy, Joint Secretary, CBC; highlighted the program’s evolution from previous capacity-building initiatives, emphasizing the integration of learning into daily responsibilities and fostering impactful change in service delivery. Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member HR, CBC, spoke about the program’s alignment with lessons learned from past efforts and the Hon'ble PM’s vision of citizen-centric governance. He stressed the importance of measurable outcomes and the need for continuous adaptation to meet emerging challenges. Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman, CBC, underscored the scale of the initiative, and stressed the need for collective efforts to ensure program’s success and transformative impact. Key Details: ✅Phase I: Training 10,000 central government employees in Delhi. ✅Phase II: Nationwide rollout to cover 700,000 central government employees. ✅Focus: Reflective learning and collaborative governance. This program is a significant step in building a responsive, service-driven workforce aligned with the nation’s vision of citizen-centric governance and contributing to the realization of #ViksitBharat.
