He is the only person who led by example, proving that success is not measured by profits alone, but by how much we give back to society. His humility, wisdom, and relentless drive for innovation will continue to guide us. An extraordinary leader, Mr. Ratan Tata, whose legacy will forever inspire generations to come. As an industrialist, philanthropist, and a beacon of integrity, he exemplified the true spirit of leadership—one that transcends business and touches lives. Rest in peace, Sir. Your light will shine on in the lives you've touched and the legacies you've built. #RatanTata #Legacy #Leadership #Inspiration #Philanthropy

Introducing the SIMP Categories—an innovative way to simplify and streamline compliance with plastic waste management rules. S – Seller: If you sell plastic raw materials, you can register and comply with EPR requirements. I – Importer: Importing plastic raw materials? This category ensures you're in line with the latest regulations. M – Manufacturer: Manufacturers, this one’s for you! Ensure your plastic production processes align with sustainability standards. WHEN YOU MAKE THE TAIL WAG THE DOG HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS! After many months of an amateur EPR portal, launched by the government, which was hacked within 6 months of launching & has never ever worked well since its launch, the government has the gaul to send notices for non-compliance! to PWM rules and EPR. The Ministry has no understanding of the basic principles of #sustainability and in typical #government style, they do the easiest thing they can do, send notices to the companies and let them run around! This is the trigger in what I see as an impending #litigation TIDAL WAVE against the regulator, for these notices. If Environment laws were followed so diligently in India, and the regulators were doing their jobs, would we be suffering the kind of #air, #water and #soil #pollution we see in this country? Plastic Waste rules are the new kid on the block, and the moot question still remains ... After 8 years of regulations can we say with a hand on our hearts that plastic waste issue has been addressed in India? Daily violations occur and all these #regulatory bodies can do is issue notices, because they themselves have been pulled up by the National Green Tribunal...! On this Independence Day, as we celebrate the freedom that countless heroes fought for, let's not forget the unsung warriors we encounter on the streets. This evening, saw a humble salesperson standing by the road, proudly holding up the #Tiranga. He wasn’t just selling a flag; he was offering a symbol of hope, unity, and pride. As we wave our flags and cherish our freedom today, let's remember that true independence is about supporting each other, uplifting the ones who work hard every day, and recognizing the value of every citizen in our nation. #IndependenceDay2024 #IndiaAt77 #JaiHind #ProudToBeIndian #UnityInDiversity #SupportLocal #Patriotism #Empowerment #IndianFlag #RespectAndDignity

Composting waste offers a multitude of benefits for the environment, community, and personal gardening. Eco-Friendly: Composting is a sustainable way to recycle organic materials instead of sending waste to landfills. Decomposition Process: These materials break down through the action of microorganisms, fungi, and earthworms, converting them into nutrient-rich humus. Reduces Landfill Waste: Diverts organic waste from landfills, decreasing disposal costs and extending landfill life. #CommunityComposting #Sustainability #PublicHealth #GreenSpaces #LocalAgriculture #WasteReduction

Important Update for Registration of Producers, Importers, Brand Owners, and Plastic Waste Processors on Centralized Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Portal for Plastic Packaging! The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has extended the deadline for registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended) to May 31, 2024, due to unavoidable circumstances. Here's what you need to know: 1. Stay Compliant: Remember, don't sell to unregistered Brand Owners (except MSMEs). Also, make sure to include the brand owner's registration number in GST E-invoices to stay on the right side of the regulations. 2. Extension of Deadline: In light of these updates, the registration window is extended until May 31, 2024, to get registered, relieving some pressure off your compliance efforts. 3. Consent to Operate: To get or renew your operating consent from State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs) or Pollution Control Committees (PCCs), ensure you're registered on the EPR Portal and include your registration number in your application for smooth processing. 4. Extension of Deadline for Annual Return Filing: The new deadline for All PIBOS is to file the Annual Return on or before May 31, 2024 for FY 2022-23., providing additional time for all concerned entities to complete and submit their returns without incurring any penalties, maximum EC towards late filing of Annual Report shall be levied on the registered PIBOs/PWPs. We encourage all companies to take note of this extension and ensure compliance with this directive is essential to avoid any potential legal or administrative issues.
