Let’s be honest—why is there so much judgment around ADHD medication? 🤔 When a child needs glasses, we don’t say, “Try harder to see!” But when it comes to neurodiverse kids, everyone suddenly has opinions. Medication isn’t a shortcut or a personality eraser—it’s just one tool in a bigger toolbox. For some kids, it’s life-changing. Instead of adding stigma, let’s add support. 💙 Have you ever faced unwanted advice on parenting choices? Drop a 💙 in the comments! Sorting through a box of old things, we often find memories tucked between the pages of an old book or hidden in the seams of a well-worn toy. Instead of discarding them, let’s turn “old” into an opportunity for learning and play! • Story Swap: Take an old book and rewrite a part of the story together. • Reverse Engineering: Take apart a broken toy to explore how it works. • Imaginative Play: Give an old item a new role—an empty box can be a rocket, a castle, or a secret hideout! Sometimes, the best learning happens when we see things in a new way. What’s something old that you can make new today? #NationalOldStuffDay #PlayToLearn #CreativeKids

Exclusion isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s a quiet glance, a shift away, or a game that never has space for one more. Kids notice when they are left out. They may not always say it, but they feel it. And when they do, the question lingers—Did I do something wrong? Today, let’s teach them kindness—not just in words but in actions. A child who feels accepted grows into an adult who includes others. Let’s build that world—together. But kindness isn’t just about fairness; it’s also about safety. Let’s teach kids what to do in uncertain situations: ✅ How to ask for help. ✅ What to do if they feel lost. ✅ Who their safe adults are. Because when we react confidently, our kids learn to do the same. We teach calm, model inclusion, and practice safety. And this brings us to a time of patience, reflection, and compassion. Try waiting 10 seconds before answering a child’s request. Not to ignore them—but to pause, reflect, and respond with intention. 🌙 Patience is learned, and we’re their first teachers. Let’s create a world where children feel safe, included, and heard today and every day.
