The wide voltage range amplifies these challenges, requiring a seamless integration of functionality, reliability, and efficiency. 🔍 The Wide Input Challenge: 🔌 Semiconductors: Wide ranges demand components like SiC MOSFETs, known for their scalability and efficiency. But, as always, cost vs. performance is a critical balance. 📐 Topologies: Options like Dual Active Bridge (DAB) simplify system complexity but rely heavily on advanced modulation schemes for optimal performance across the entire range. 🌡️ Thermal Management & Magnetics: Operating across [100V, 700V] means managing fluctuating losses and designing magnetics to handle varying current and voltage stresses. 💡 The Solution? 1. Advanced control strategies (e.g., Triangular Current Mode or Optimal Transition Mode) to minimize conduction losses and ensure Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS). 2.
