"A Day of Growth & Learning" Yesterday, we hosted an enriching training and development session for our marketing and sales team, accompanied by a productive team lunch later that strengthened team bonds. The session featured insightful presentations from our esteemed leaders. Rithika Baruah, our esteemed Chief Marketing Officer provided a comprehensive overview of our company's vision, mission, and values, inspiring the team with her profound insights into the industry and our place within it. Nilutpal Biswas, our experienced Regional Sales Manager presented a detailed overview of our diverse product portfolio, ensuring we have a thorough understanding of the unique features and benefits of each offering. All the queries regarding our products were addressed with clarity and precision. Akshaye Bora, our dynamic Brand Manager expertly guided us through the art of effective sampling techniques, equipping us with the skills to captivate our customers and leave a lasting impression. A highly engaging role-playing activity further honed our practical skills. This interactive experience allowed us to simulate real-life scenarios, identify areas for improvement, and gain valuable insights into consumer behavior and effective communication strategies. Finally, Jitul Das, our insightful Senior HR concluded the session with a valuable personality development session, empowering us with the tools to enhance our communication, interpersonal skills, and overall professional growth. The Nandini Winter Fest was held last week and Excel Foods was a participant. We had a Yummy Instant Noodle food stall that showed off our host of products and live cooking counters. Excel Foods has always looked to new food trends and flavours to enrich the taste of life of our customers. We believe it to be a point of pride that we can put forward such a good-tasting bunch of noodle dishes. The love with which the masses have accepted us has been truly worth the hard work and dedication we continue with. The Nandini Winter Fest was an event held in conjunction with the Nandini magazine and showcased a lot of foodstuffs and more from Northeast India. Our noodles were a surefire hit, and people enjoyed their taste.

Excel Foods held its Annual Conclave for the year 2024. This was a celebration of everything Excel Foods has accomplished since last year and a resounding call to do even better next. The co-owners of Excel Foods, Amrit Deorah and Ashish Deorah inaugurated the event. They took to the stage, stated their hopes for the company's future, and asked for dedication from the staff and distributors. The event was also graced by the famed motivational speaker Tinat Atif Masood, who said inspiring words that all who attended took to heart. After a hearty lunch, Amrit Deorah gifted certificates and special mementos to the present distributors to show their appreciation.
