There are ‘other’ #foundry clusters in India and then there is this one… Rajkot. A complete league of it’s own in my opinion. During this week’s trip, I was completely blown away by the sheer Development and Progress that I’ve witnessed, let me explain! It’s not only the climate and infrastructure, but really the working attitude of the Industry and the willingness to shoot for excellence. ———— Rohan Kotecha for example, in only a short time has developed his Foundry into a international state of the art unit complete with not one, but two high pressure lines. And he has more weapons in the pipeline that we might be able to share at a later date. What is especially unique about Rohan is that he puts customer service above all that has driven demand for his castings through the roof. At the same time, always prioritising and leveraging technology available. The future looks bright for Steelcon Group of Companies . ———— Mehul Ranpariya on the other hand, with his import substitute of a single source chemical for high pressure lines is a business mind of his own. Led by their Chairman Mr Sorathiya, the group is focused on their successful M-Part solution and now developing more #foundry focused products.
