https://lnkd.in/gNAbaWNt Four years ago, G-KnowMe started with a vision to bring cutting edge informatics solutions that would plug the "deficiencies" that exist in the adoption of wide scale genome sequencing in clinics. Our particular passion was cancer, where time is of essence, rich information scattered throughout the genome and yet tools highly inadequate to collate, distil and streamline it all to better patient care. As the price of sequencing drops, very soon, WGS will become the gold standard in cancer care world-wide. The approach will be to simultaneously processing information from the genome for immediate clinical action as well as exposing a plethora of biomarkers, novel targets, and strategies, to pharma and academics, for further research. We are extremely proud that our vision to bring AI and NLP into clinical decision making resonated with the Cambridge Breast cancer researchers and we look forward to bringing the best possible solution.
