GDG On Campus BVM

I am glad to announce completion of my tenure as a GDSC Lead at the Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya of academic year 2023-24 and recently received my Graduation Certificate 🎖 from Google Developer Student Clubs My Experience as a GDSC Lead: Since the selection process was started, I was doubting my own self that can I lead a team, can I manage the things and handle the events. Then, I searched and buffered in web and then I got motivation that I can do it. The support from my Ex-GDSC Lead was unwavering. The GDSC was a whole new experience to me, I was not been in this time of things before. But once I got selected as a GDSC Lead, my josh was very high. I had a party that day, I remembered. Once a got my team, all through interviews and all. In my tenure, I faced many problems and challenges, but support from faculties and team cut it into half. Initially, I wasn't good in communication and not having good soft skills. But as time passed, I learned it and worked on it. Being a GDSC Lead, I got number of people who helped me in difficult situations. I want to thanks Rachel Francois, Jacquelyn Bedard and Global team of GDSC. Special thanks to Nikita Gandhi, our regional manager and her team for that unwavering support and for listening our problems on discord throughout the day. Special thanks to my family and all time supporters Bhargav Chintakindi, Gaurav Chintakindi, Sushmitha Nalla and Purnima Nalla. Especially, I want to thanks my Faculty Advisor, Dr. Vatsal Shah sir and Faculty Co-ordinator, Prof. Bijal Dalwadi ma'am for their support and coordination. Without my team and faculties, I would probably make less impact. Thank you all for supporting and motivating me. Lastly, I would like to thank Charutar Vidya Mandal's Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya college for giving me privilege to organize and help out the students.
