1. **Program Manager (P&L Role – Sales + Operations)**
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and grow our CNG retrofitment centers. This is a P&L-focused role where you will manage both sales and operations, driving strategic growth initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales performance, developing operational strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. A strong background in P&L management and sales operations is essential for success in this role.
2. **Associate Director - Sales**
The Associate Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in business development within the RSA and claims management space of the Insurance domain. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales targets, develop and implement growth strategies, and lead a team to ensure successful business outcomes. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, managing sales operations, and ensuring revenue growth. Expertise in insurance sales and claims management, along with a track record of leadership, is critical for this role.
3. **Delivery Manager**
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end service delivery of our doorstep service category across 21 cities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operations, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring consistent service quality standards across multiple locations. The Delivery Manager will also lead a team of service coordinators and ensure that the customer experience is seamless and efficient. Strong experience in service delivery management, team leadership, and operational excellence is required.
