Research Publication News! 📚✨ Dr. Girish Shankar mishra, Assistant Professor, EECE, & Dr. Manoharan Arun Kumar, Associate Professor, EECE, at GITAM School of Technology, EECE Department, Bengaluru present a study that extensively analyzes the effect of capacitance and linearity on the performance of dual-channel (DC) AlGaN/GaN MOSHEMTs. Their research focuses on improving sensitivity and reliability while suppressing intermodulation distortion under dynamic operating conditions. The study also explores the role of the InGaN notch in enhancing the linearity and reliability of DC AlGaN/GaN MOSHEMTs for high-sensitivity, label-free biosensing. Published in Microsystem Technologies Springer (IF: 1.6, Quartile-Q3). The research highlights how capacitance and linearity affect the performance of dual-channel (DC) AlGaN/GaN MOSHEMTs.
