  • ALL'S WELL !!!! India is going through a strange phase, where large scale corruption is taking place in all the sectors of the economy, yet there's no action taken against the culprits. The innocent feel scared and vulnerable, while the corrupt & criminals as attained some kind of legal immunity. The investigation agencies were never independent & fair, but now they have become blatant & vindictive. It's very easy to compromise Institutions in a country where there's such huge scale unemployment, poverty and hunger, while requires a passionate nationalist to do everything possible to ensure that the Institutions remain fair & independent . Various think tanks around the world have been expressing their concerns at the way Indian Institutions have collapsed and have become a political tool . STORY:- A journalist is highlighting a project of 80 crs, where a flyover was constructed in Gujrat, which didn't connect with any road, rather it ended in front of boundary wall of a residential complex. How could the authorities pass such a project, how where the funds be allocated and released ? Such kinds of bridges are being constructed all over India, sometimes in the middle of the fields and sometimes over non-existent water streams.

  • " PLEASE BE NICE TO THEM " Empathy towards animals is largely non existent in India, primarily due to regressive religious practices, bad education system, societal values, poverty and cultural subservience. Every living being has equal rights to life, least a society can do is to not to torture them, while they are being used for financial gains. Torture or creating very bad living conditions for animals & birds is a norm, which is happening in broad daylight, yet people are not moved when they see such abuse. All the milk and milk products are sourced from cows and buffaloes by keeping them in very poor conditions, where they are tied very small ropes which hardly gives them any scope for movement. Animals have the same Rights to life with dignity as humans, rather as a dominant species, humans should take responsibility to treat other species/ living beings with empathy and care. Most animals and birds suffer most when they are being transported from one place to another. WHAT IS ANIMAL CRUELTY? Animal cruelty is defined as any intentional and repeated behavior that causes physical or psychological distress in animals. It encompasses a range of behaviors harmful to animals, from neglect to malicious killing. Animal abuse is common in both rural and urban areas of India. STORY:- A foreign tourist was greatly moved at the plight of the buffaloes in one of the villages in India. She couldn't come to terms with the living conditions of these animals and the way they are being assaulted.

  • " ARE WE BEING HONEST " India will not be able to have harmonious growth and development if people don't become conscious & aware about environment, BIODIVERSITY, nutrition, food etc. The education system in the country is doing a great disservice to it's people by making the children study/ learn things which don't have any relevance or applicability in their present or future lives. Children in the schools must taught subjects and issues which will help them becoming responsibile citizens and at the same time helps them to earn their livelihoods. Majority of the rural population depends on animal husbandry , but are the schools teaching them about how to be empathic or loving towards the animals and birds , till the time they are alive ? Are the schools teaching the children in the rural areas about the best international practices in agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry etc ? Are the schools teaching the urban children about environment and how to keep the air & water clean, what kinds of Plantations can help in maintaining BIODIVERSITY in big cities? It's time our education system is changed & reformed to address the future challenges. STORY:- A couple raises the concerns about the present generation that has no clue about farming, agriculture, food etc. IT'S MOST IMPORTANT TO HAVE MICRO FARMING AND PLANT NURSERIES IN EVERY SCHOOLS AND COLLEGE'S TO MAKE CHILDREN UNDERSTAND AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PLANTATIONS, ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINABILITY.

  • SHOULD THE GOVT OFFICIALS BE ALLOWED MOONLIGHTING ? There's a lot of debate in the private sector on the ethical and moral issue concerning moonlighting, but the bigger issue is whether the Govt off's should be allowed to have alternate sources of income, while they are working ? WHAT IS MOONLIGHTING? The act of working at an extra job, especially without telling your main employer, in order to have an additional source of income. REALITIES ON THE GROUND. Most Govt employees are already having multiple sources of income through bookies & cronies. The most preferred MOONLIGHTING activity is investments in the real estate, in India and abroad, while the " Class 4" employees are engaged in running taxi's, small cargo vehicles etc. The service rules prohibits Bureaucrats, Police and Govt off's from engaging in any other profession, while they are working for the Govt's. In a way, most Govt off's are blatantly flouting service rules and indulging in illegality by trying to have additional sources of income through non governmental work. All prevalent Moonlighting amongst Govt off's also forces them to get involved with people of dubious credentials. The Private sector and the Govt's must understand & accept the fact that households cannot run on a single income, it's a necessity for the people to have multiple sources of income through additional jobs, so why make them criminals for doing something that is already a norm ? Why not let them work to their full potential and do the best for themselves and their families? Why make them feel guilty of something that is a necessity? If Entrepreneurs and Companies can work for multiple entities, why not individuals? It's time the Human Resource policies in the private and the public sector needs to be revisited, factoring in the changing socio - economic realities. STORY:- Mr Narayan Murthy, founder of Infosys is drawing a lot of flak on the social media because of traditional views on Moonlighting & 70 hours work in a week. Here he is seen being critical of Moonlighting amongst the Private sector employees .

"GIVE ME YOUR TAXES , I WILL GIVE YOU SLAPS" Slogan by Shri Subhash Chandra Bose has changed a bit after independence. The Bureaucrats in India think that they can just walk on the roads and slap poor people on their faces in the name of maintaining law and order. During the British Rule, Indians were beaten by the Wooden Sticks " Lathis" and were shot by the Police and the Army, but there haven't been pictures or videos showing the British Bureaucrats assaulting the people on thestreets, denuding them of their dignity/ self respect. This is bound to happen in a country that is so obsessed with the Govt jobs, especially the IAS & the Police. These offs who are surviving on the taxpayers money will naturally start feeling like colonial lords, when people don't seek accountability from them and instead treat them like God's. 2 things happened here, 1, that the IAS officer was so sure that we would not be slapped back by this youth and 2 the youth didn't try to defend himself by giving him a slap back on his face. STORY:- The DM of Patna was in the news , when he stared slapping the students on their faces, who were protesting against mismanagement at the examination centre.

  • OH NARMADA !!!! Almost 70% of Indian’s surface water resources have become contaminated due to the discharge of untreated sewage and industrial effluents. Narmada is an important river in Gujarat but is suffering from pollution, lack of freshwater and dumping of untreated sewage into it. The future and welfare of thousands of farmers and fisherfolk in Gujarat, who are dependent on the river, is in peril. The issue of cleaning of Narmada river and ensuring proper flow in it is not on the priority list of any mainstream political party. The major source of pollution to the Narmada river is the anthropogenic municipal solid waste and sewage from nearby towns/habitations, agricultural runoff and native soil erosion. The quality of the Narmada River is degraded due to the municipal and industrial discharges from the catchment. The cleanliness of the Narmada River has remained a pressing issue in elections spanning over the last 15 years, from Lok Sabha to Assembly and urban bodies. In Jabalpur, situated in the Mahakaushal area, the entire city's contaminated water flows directly into the Narmada River through two main outlets. A large drain disgorges the city's wastewater directly into the river at Gaurighat, while the chemical-laden effluent from the gelatin factory at Bhedaghat further compounds the pollution of the Narmada's waters. The untreated sewage from approximately 2.2 million residents of Madhya Pradesh is being indiscriminately released into the Narmada's waters, upon which millions of people in Gujarat and Rajasthan depend. Statistics reveal that the collective sewage generation from these 14 urban areas amounts to nearly 200 million Liters per Day (MLD). STORY:- A video by an Environmentalist shows the extent of pollution of the Narmada River, which is a life line for 3 States. It seems that no one in India is concerned about the Environmental catastrophe that's taking place all over the country.

  • 3rd Rate Bureaucracy at its Best!! The Bureaucracy in India is very regressive and draws satisfaction by creating impediments for the Enterpreneurs , Investors and Job Creators. World over the countries are realising that Tourism is one of the only sectors that has the potential to address issues of unemployment and poverty. Countries like the UAE have allowed the sale liquor & pork, Saudi Arabia is distancing itself from radicalism and is trying to promote Tourism by having concerts of Hollywood celebrities, singers and developing sea side cities for international tourists. India is unable to attract rich tourists , who spend money on leisure, pleasure and entertainment. India has to start competing with the world, instead of looking inwards. With such pathetic law and order, extremely poor infrastructure, highly polluted air & water, regressive Governance and an intent to play fraud on the tourists by the local transporters / Vendors , it will be extremely difficult to be on the tourist map of the world. STORY:- Diljit Dosanjh has been traveling around the world doing a Dil Luminate tour in various big cities of the world, all the local Govts have been highly supportive, as such tours give a boost to their local economies ie Hotels, Restaurants, Taxi's etc Ever since this singer has started doing tours in India, there has been one controversy or the other, making it extremely difficult to do an event without the indulgence of the Courts. Now he has got so frustrated with the Indian authorities that he has decided to not to do future shows in India.

  • ALL IN THE NAME OF THE CONSTITUTION!!! Constitution of India will miserably fail if the Institutions mandated to check the vast powers of the Executive ( Govt) become subservient, pliable and are governed by people of questionable morality, merit and values. A COUNTRY cannot progress if free , independent, meritorious and people with good conscience are sidelined from all the Institutions which are mandated to uphold the rights and liberties of the people. Judiciary will soon be in the line of fire, if people don't get Justice and the courts remain mute spectators to the abuse of power and authority by the law enforcement agencies. The Constitution and the Democracy die, the moment people's homes, livelihoods & assets are destroyed at the whims and fancies of the Govt employees, when the Media publications become a tool for propaganda & hate. STORY:- Ms Mahua Moitra, MP in a hard hitting speech on the 75 years of Constitution raised multiple issues concerning the Fallen Institutions of the country, Crushing rights and liberties of the people and moving away from the Constitutional values.

  • IT'S HIGH TIME THE GOVT AND THE SOCIETY INTROSPECTS Laws in India are never legislated on historical data, scientific and objective assessment of realities on the ground and on best international practices, rather most laws are thrust on the people because of one horrific incident, emotions and presumptions. Women in India have for centuries suffered enormously on account of dowry Harrasment& deaths, domestic violence , abuse and patriarchy. In order to curb such violence against Women, very coercive, vindictive and regressive laws have been legislated with the sole aim of targeting men and their families. India must be one of the few countries where there's criminality attributed to a man and his family on the mere statement of a woman. It's concerning that a wife can have a husband arrested on the charges of rape by just stating that the Sexual Intercourse between them was without her consent. Also a girl can slap rape charges on a boy by merely stating that he was having a Sexual relationship on the promise that he would marry her. In most matrimonial cases, there's an attempt to extract huge amount of money from the boy and his family by falsely implicating them under dowry and domestic violence cases. The Police in India is so corrupt, that the officials make huge amount of money by taking bribes from both the sides. The Judiciary is helpless and apathetic, while dealing with laws which are totally in favour of a woman and against the man. It's time that laws should attack the crime and not the gender. It's time that laws are gender neutral. STORY:- Atul Subhash, 38, lost his life by committing suicide. He was facing false charges of murder, unnatural sex, and Section 498A and others by his estranged wife. -₹3 crore settlement demand despite giving ₹40,000/month. -Wife demanded ₹2 lakh/month for child support. There were numerous Shocking Allegations Against Judge Smt. Reeta Kaushik in Atul's last video and suicide note. In brief: • Smt. Reeta Kaushik Demanded ₹5L bribe for case settlement. • Allowed court staff to collect bribes, including clerk Peshkar openly • Manipulated evidence & cross-examination. • Over 100 court dates to decide the divorce matter . In his last video, he talks about the rotten justice System, one sided laws which are being abused with impunity and also the personal trauma of such litigations, especially when a parent is not allowed to meet the Child.

  • 500 LITRES OF MILK WITH JUST ONE LITRE CHEMICAL !! It may seem like a good strat up idea, but this one can kill 1000s of people or may be lakhs. Food adulteration is a very big concern in India, Sadly no one is talking about it. The genesis of adulteration starts with the ground water, that has been polluted because of Excessive use of chemicals for farming and non existent infrastructure for sewage treatment. Unemployment and poverty are the other socio- economic reasons, but corruption remains the single biggest reason for Food adulteration. According to a report published by FSSAI in 2019, the adulteration rate was as high as 28%. Another report of FSSAI tested found to be 68.7% adulterants found in milk and milk products in India. There are 8 Types of food frauds which includes adulteration, substitution, dilution, tampering, simulation, counterfeiting, and misrepresentation. LEGAL PERSPECTIVE Under our Constitution, the adulteration of foodstuffs and other items falls in the Concurrent List((Item 18, Concurrent List, Seventh Schedule, Constitution of India))1, which means that Central as well as State governments have the power to legally regulate food adulteration The laws for food adulteration are rather toothless, it entails punishment of six months imprisonment. STORY:- In one of the raids in Bullanshahar, Uttar Pradesh , people were nabbed, who were making huge quantities of milk by using chemicals and sugar. This video shows, how IN a matter of minutes, milk can be made by using chemicals.
