Currently Gramshree is working through formation of Farmer Producer Groups and Producer Organization, livelihood intervention through productivity enhancement of crop, promotion of vegetable cultivation, natural farming, value chain intervention on Custard apple, Jamun and other non-timber forest reduce. Gramshree is also working in challenges of malnutrition at family level with focus on women and children through promotion of “Santulit Ahar “cultivation.     Designation: Project Director No. Of Vacancies: 1   Location: Delhi (Leading Project on Nutrition in Rajasthan, liaison and fund raising)   Role Expected: 1.       Lead the overall project on Nutrition, develop the plan and ensure it proper execution with support of field team. 2.       Liaison with the Partner in this project, update them on regular basis on the progress, ensure consultation with them on any new activity or new idea to be executed in the project. 3.       Timely reporting to the partner and other stakeholders, fortnightly and monthly. 4.       Coordinating with partners to ensure the financial transition in terms of project activity and payment to staff involved in the project. 5.       Develop the system for monitoring the intervention at farmers level. 6.       Work on building the capacity of farmers and Community resource person and other organization staff. 7.       Will work on developing the proposal with senior member of the organization. 8.       She/he will be responsible for Liaoning with external agencies.   Qualification and Essential Terms: 1.       Postgraduate in Any Discipline preferably in Social Science, Agriculture, Food Technology and other from reputed Institute at National Level minim of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience of handling a project and Team of minimum of 5 staff. Candidates with experience in livelihood intervention with women along with, MBA and B.Sc. Since Gramshree works as a start-up, hence multiple activity is expected to be handled by the team members beyond its area of expertise.
