The mobile application is supported by Entrepreneur led AGRI MARTs at Block/Panchayat/Village levels to ensure last mile delivery. The objective of Gramshree Kisan is to create employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship and business opportunities for farmers, youth and women. The aim of Gramshree Kisan is to become the most trusted supplier of healthy livestock, fish seed and quality inputs. The core idea behind Gramshree Kisan has always been trying to resolve issues with Dairy,Goatery,Poultry and Fish Farming ecosystem through modern technology by bringing together the entire list of Animal Husbandry and Fishery Value Chain offerings under a single integrated platform. The technology- based business-to-farmers(B2F) platform offers full stack Animal Husbandry and Fishery services, including quality breed of cows, buffaloes, goat,chicks and fish seed, distribution of high quality inputs, technology tools and equipments, customized farm advisory, veterinary services and extension services at reasonable rates, access to financial services ,and market linkages. However, the primary focus is to bring new age tech to Indian farmers and educate them on the usage of the same whilst simultaneously making it affordable through a variety of plans. Based out of Patna, Gramshree Kisaan was founded in June ,2019 by MBA +B.Tech. Aastha Singh and C.A., Mr. Puneet Priyadarshi. Aastha singh, hailing from Patna, made a bold career shift by leaving a lucrative job to establish Gramshree Agri Services Pvt. Ltd. a venture aimed at transforming the lives of farmers in Bihar. Formerly in the modeling industry, Aastha now focuses on empowering farmers through training in agriculture, animal husbandry, and fish farming, growing her enterprise to an impressive annual turnover of Rs 3 crore. With an engineering degree and an #MBA, Aastha previously held high-level roles in companies like Oyo, Bharti Infratel Limited, and Tata Teleservices, where she earned a substantial monthly income. She also served as a Project Unit Consultant with the Government of Bihar's Animal and Fisheries Resources Department before diving into entrepreneurship. In June 2019, Aastha launched 'Gramshree Kisan,' initially sharing farming knowledge through a YouTube channel. By 2020, she had developed a mobile app, and the first Gramshree Kisan center opened in Patna in 2021. Her poultry operations scaled from 100 to 1,000 chickens, her dairy farm expanded from 2 to 10 cows, and her center now houses 50 goats. To fund her venture, Aastha invested Rs 27 lakh from her personal savings, along with Rs 30 lakh from a partner firm. She also secured Rs 10 lakh from the Bihar Startup Policy and Rs 24 lakh from the Government of India. From a YouTube channel in June 2019, creating mass infrastructure in Patna in 2021 and then expanding it by launching micro- agri Business Centres at Block/ Panchayat/ Village level by 2024, each of the decisions required thoughtful stratergic planning .
