L1 Application Support Specialist U.S. Operations / Customer service CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA* Location: Goregaon, Mumbai - Maharashtra. Responsibilities: -Provide technical support to customers via chat promptly and accurately. -Assist users with application-related inquiries, issues, and escalations. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with applications efficiently. -Maintain knowledge of company applications, services, and procedures. -Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. -Meet performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction. -Document support activities and resolutions for future reference. Requirements: -Excellent written communication skills for effective interaction with customers. -Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred. -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. -Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools is advantageous. -Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends, as per the rotational schedule.
