At GreenLine we launched the Making Best Hiring Decisions (MBHD) Program as a strategic intervention to make the best hiring decision, to streamline the process to attract great talent and scale fast. Success depends on having the right mechanisms, not just an approach! As a part of the program for existing and new Hiring Managers, we introduced the hiring tenets, group competency framework, and selection process including Behavioral Event Interview methods. We trained over 30 hiring managers, functional heads to lead the selection process for the organization. We aims to create a scalable and formal process for consistently making the best hiring decisions. Kudos to our Talent Acquisition Team in driving the strategic change by investing in People Managers, building systems and processes that will also provide a superior candidate experience! GreenLine partners with Exide Industries Limited to drive sustainable logistics forward. By adopting LNG-powered trucks, this collaboration is set to reduce carbon emissions by up to 30%, along with significant reductions in nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), and particulate matter.
