The idea behind the Thrive Cast was to give a much-deserved platform to our stellar women leaders, capture their amazing journeys and hopefully get them to reflect on their own amazing journeys. Key among the insights that went into creating the Women CXO Program was that women leaders aren't actively building their personal brands and telling their stories! This is damaging for all senior leaders but certainly women who often navigate so many perceptions. We added a Thrive Cast, a personal brand asset, to ensure that the women leaders left the program with an authentic, timeless story to share with their peers and clients, within and outside their company. It took us a lot of effort to coax many of them out of their shell and into our studios - but it was worth every moment. The Thrive Casts we have are a treasure trove of inspiration and courage, especially this house favorite of Manjeet's!
