Heart Health India Foundation (HHIF) is India’s first patient-led organisation working in the areas of heart health awareness, support and advocacy. Through our various activities, we aim to educate the public about the importance of heart health and provide support to those affected by heart disease. Some of our key areas of initiatives include: • Awareness: We conduct awareness campaigns and workshops to educate the public about heart disease prevention, risk factors, and management. • Support: We provide support groups and counseling services for heart patients and their caregivers, creating a safe and nurturing environment for sharing experiences and seeking guidance. • Advocacy: We work closely with policymakers and healthcare professionals to advocate for heart health policies and programs that benefit the Indian population. We’re a section-8 non-profit company incorporated in 2023 under the companies act of India. Our NGO is tax exempted under section 12A and provides tax benefits to our donors for any donations made under section 80G of Income Tax Act of India. Our NGO is also registered under CSR-1 with Ministry of Corporate Affairs to receive CSR funding from corporates and undertake CSR activities.
