At IIMB - RERI, we strive to achieve excellence in the following functional domains while keeping focus on issues impacting real estate: Research -Undertake scientific inter-disciplinary research that can be applied to solve major problems faced by the government and other stakeholders. Policy and Community Outreach - Shape public policy through research insights based on sound data and assist stakeholders in implementation of key solutions. Data - Collect, organize and disseminate high quality data to promote research and transparency and create a central repository of knowledge and data for development of the industry. Training - Educate and train stakeholders including government through general and custom programs; facilitate development of standards for best practices within the industry. Sectoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Nurture and drive cutting edge solutions to chronic problems ailing the sector through innovation and entrepreneurship
