    The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) has reportedly sealed Hero Electric’s Gurugram premises over alleged violations of the FAME-II subsidy rules👇 According to a NDTV Profit report, a letter from SFIO’s Director of Investigation, Sumit Kasana, dated November 14, instructed that the seal on the premises remain intact. It warned that breaking the seal would have legal consequences under the Code of Criminal Procedure. “Please note that if the seal is not intact at the time of opening the constructed building, all the consequences as laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure would follow,” the notice read. Meanwhile, a Zee Business report said that the SFIO, which comes under the corporate affairs ministry, is investigating Hero Electric as well as Okinawa to ascertain if the companies misused subsidies meant to encourage EV adoption through the FAME-II scheme.     Shifting from an employee mindset to a leadership mindset isn’t a step - it’s a climb. And the lifeline? Feedback. It’s not optional, it’s the accelerator that turns potential into performance. “We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.” – Bill Gates. And there it is - straight from one of the greatest disruptors of our time. Feedback isn’t just a nicety, it’s the fuel that powers growth, innovation, and leadership. A study of over 50,000 executives backs it up: leaders in the top 10% for seeking feedback scored in the 86th percentile for overall leadership effectiveness. Coincidence? Hardly. The lesson is clear: if you’re not asking for feedback, you’re leaving your leadership potential untapped.  Here’s Harvard Business Review's key to your inner CEO: 👉🏼 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Skip “Any feedback for me?” and go straight to specifics: “What’s one thing I could improve from today’s pitch?” Precision drives progress. 👉🏼 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆: Interrupting or defending? Let’s not do that. Absorb the insights like a sponge.  👉🏼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Summarize what you heard to confirm you got the message. Misunderstanding feedback is just as bad as not getting it.  👉🏼 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Reflect, process, then act. Rushing into action can lead to hasty decisions that miss the mark. 👉🏼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Acknowledge the person’s input. Feedback takes guts—show some gratitude.  👉🏼 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆: Use the insights to drive change and growth. In the startup revolution, feedback isn’t just a tool - it’s your secret weapon.     In yet another twist in the BYJU’S saga, the Supreme Court (SC) has reportedly asked Aakash Educational Services to not give effect to the resolution proposed at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to amend its articles of association (AoA)👇 The amendments were said to have been proposed so that embattled BYJU’S founder Byju Raveendran can sell a part of his stake in the educational institution. According to a report by Bar and Bench, a bench of CJI Sanjiv Khanna and Justice PV Sanjay Kumar asked Aakash to move the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and ordered a stay on the resolution till the first hearing in the NCLAT. The bench directed Aakash to approach the NCLAT in seven days. Further, the apex court also directed the Appellate Tribunal to decide on the issue uninfluenced by the Karnataka High Court’s (HC’s) decision.
