As 2024 winds down, I’ve been hit by a wave of nostalgia reflecting on this incredible year. This time last year, Incubyte was a cozy crew of 64 and today, we’re a bustling squad of 123. That’s nearly double!!! Growth this fast isn’t easy. It brings its fair share of chaos, late nights, and head-scratching moments. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: the heart and hustle of our team. To the amazing Incubyte team—you’re the reason our culture is thriving, our clients are happy, and our software doesn’t wake us up in the middle of the night. Your dedication to quality and craftsmanship makes my job as a co-founder easy! Speaking of clients, this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. We celebrated some huge milestones together—one of our clients raised a successful Series E round, and we couldn’t be prouder to have been part of their journey—from the Series B stage to now. 2024 was also the year of AI at Incubyte. We built AI-powered products that are helping our clients turn their dreams into reality—and at record speed! From automating workflows to creating smarter, faster solutions, it’s been exhilarating to see how these innovations are making a real-world impact. A walk down memory lane: When we started Incubyte, our HR team wore all the hats—talent acquisition, people management, admin, operations, asset management you name it. Now, 5 years later, as our sales exploded, hiring needs surged and, our small team has grown to 100+ members—and counting. (Spoiler: we doubled our strength in just six months!) Why It Works: By integrating AI into traditionally manual processes, we’re not just keeping up with technology; we’re setting the bar higher—even in areas like recruitment, which often remain untouched by innovation.
