#eivebinarAlert! In our fast-paced world, it's easy for volunteer experiences to become fleeting memories rather than impactful journeys. Reflective practices in #volunteering, much like childhood journaling, allow us to internalize and truly engage with our experiences. This session will explore how reflection can transform both #volunteers and the #communities they serve. Join the next #eivebinar with Dharmaraj Solanki on Cultivating Reflective Practises in your #Volunteer Program on July 31st at 4PM! Register here - https://lnkd.in/g5Q6Dfip Learn how to make your volunteer programs more impactful by helping volunteers deeply connect with their experiences. We'll share practical tips on adding reflection to different activities, the pros and cons of having internal or external facilitators, and the difference between reflection and feedback. You'll discover reflection techniques suited for all age groups, ways to strengthen volunteer commitment, and participate in an interactive activity to exchange ideas. This session will inspire you to create more meaningful volunteer experiences. #Webinar #VolunteerManager #EveryIndianVolunteering #Volunteering #Reflections #MeaningfulVolunteering Venkat Krishnan Aarti Mahadevan Aishik S. eivolve Kartikye Aggarwal Megha Aggarwal
India Welfare Trust
Non-profit Organizations
Promoting Volunteering & Philanthropy in India by funding and supporting organisations in the ecosystem.
About us
India Welfare Trust (IWT) promotes citizenship, philanthropy and volunteering in India. We do this primarily through our support for initiatives like #LivingMyPromise, #DaanUtsav and #EveryIndianVolunteering. IWT is not a regular grant-making foundation, in that we do not invite or entertain grant applications to fund nonprofits. We are funded primarily by our Trustees, and our support is restricted primarily to "volunteer involving organisations" that seek to scale up or deepen their engagement with volunteers.
