We are happy to share that InsituMicron licensed the technology "Stand-alone Miniature Insitu Multiaxial Universal testing equipment" from IIT Madras developed by our founders Dr. Lalith Bhaskar and Prof. Ravi Kumar N V during the PhD of Dr. Lalith Bhaskar. The compact setup is capable of doing small-scale/miniaturized mechanical testing in various configurations such as tension, compression both in uniaxial and bi-axial modes as well as it can be used for flexural studies. In addition, this setup is capable of in situ testing samples not only under X-ray diffractometer and spectrometers but also with optical imaging systems to perform digital image correlation. This advanced technology will undoubtedly pave the way for cutting-edge research and innovation in the field of mechanical testing.
