#Viewpoints : Finding Rhythm, Synchronicity, and the Magic of Facilitation. #100MinsofFacilitation Ever experienced the profound impact of congruence? That delicate art of aligning with your authentic self as a facilitator while creating subtle yet powerful spaces for others to discover their own viewpoints? During, 100-minute facilitation session with the incredible Francis Laleman, we witnessed this magic unfold. Through dance, imagery, and music, he guided us into a space where we could find our rhythm—not just metaphorically, but in a way that opened doors to more tangible, measurable results. What was most striking is how these creative mediums, S (Space) S (Shape) T (Time) E (Emotion) M (Movement) S (Story) often seen as intangible, had the power to connect us with something deeply commercial and outcome-driven. By embracing our unique flow and rhythm, we unknowingly created synchronicity—and be at ease with discomfort. As facilitators, isn’t this the ultimate goal? To help people find their own rhythm, to be rather than just do, and to lead groups into shared moments of creativity and alignment. It’s not about control but about presence—holding space where everyone feels empowered to contribute and co-create. The session left us reflecting on how we, as facilitators, can enhance our practice: - How can we make space , emotions time etc medium to deepen experiences? - How do we balance the subtlety of emotional and creative spaces with the need for tangible outcomes? - And, most importantly, how do we model ease and authenticity to inspire the same in others? 🚀 Bangalore Hub Kicks Off 2025 with a Power-Packed Team Excellence Blueprint! On January 11th, the Bangalore IAF community gathered at the Radisson Blu Ulsoor, for our first in-person event of the year — The Team Excellence Blueprint, led by the incredible duo Ketki Anand and Dr. Shreya Govind ( Ph.D) We explored what it takes to build high-performing team cultures, starting with personal WOWs and a route map to guide our journey. Participants discovered their unique strengths, shared them with peers, and applied Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team model through interactive facilitation techniques like Textra and Informed Advisory. The session came full circle as we reflected on how individual strengths contribute to team cohesion — unlocking practical strategies to overcome dysfunctions and boost team performance. It was a day filled with rich conversations, collaborative learning, and actionable insights!  Here's to more meaningful connections, powerful facilitation, and thriving teams in 2025.
