We are proud to share the story of a young man from a low-income family having a dream of joining the armed forces. Despite his determination, he faced many challenges because of limited resources. He was able to fulfil his dream with the support of our Company under CSR interventions in the areas around Company’s Cuttack Unit. He took physical fitness training at the open gym sponsored by the Company under the JK Lakshmi Gramin Vikas CSR Program, which helped him prepare for the physical test. Later, he joined our free entrance examination coaching under the JK Lakshmi Aajivika CSR Project of the Company to prepare for the written exam. With hard work and the right guidance, he cleared all the tests and successfully joined the Indian Naval Force.
