About us
“All the so-called "secrets of success" will not work unless you do.” this simple thought led to the foundation of the company in 1994 by Mr Bipin Dadhania. Kelvin Plastic Private Limited’s first unit was established at Veraval(Shapar). It started with the manufacturing of ISI marked HDPE Pipes and Fittings, ranging from 20 to 110 mm in diameter and with the installed capacity of 300 MTPA. 1996, marked the beginning of the new horizon of the company. We increased our installed capacity from 300MTPA to 1000MTPA. By 2000, we had tripled our capacity to 3000MTPA and increased the pipe diameter range from 110mm to 250 mm. In the year 2007, we had reached the installed capacity of 5000MTPA and the pipe diameter up to 315mm. The year 2011 witnessed the diversification from HDPE products to PVC products, leading to the start of the second unit at Bhunava. We started manufacturing uPVC Agricultural pipes and fittings, uPVC Plumbing pipes, uPVC Column pipes, uPVC Casing Pipes, PVC Suction pipes and Garden pipes. On the other hand, we also increased the HDPE pipe size from 315mm to 630mm. Our current installed capacity is 12000MTPA for HDPE pipes and 6400MTPA for PVC pipes. The manufacturing unit is spread over 35000sq. mt. and equipped with the latest German extrusion technology. After immense hard work and dedication, TEAM KELVIN entered the CPVC market with the best quality of Plumbing Pipes and Fittings. This achievement made its mark in the company timeline. Over the leap of time (25 years), the company got molded into proper shape. Standard quality and professional ethics became the strong pillars of the company. We have acquired all the necessary certified licenses, nationally and internationally. Slowly and steadily we have spread our market network. Today, the company has more than 400 loyal dealers and the products are distributed all over the country. We also export to other countries.
