Our birthday week kicks off today, and we’re excited to share our why, the reason we started and what pushes us onwards. (One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned from my daughter is this: if it's your birthday, make it your birthday week so you can party 7 days. So, that’s exactly what we’re going to do—embrace the joy and make every moment count!) When we started, one insight stood out: modern homes are different. They have new surfaces, new use cases, and a new baseline for cleanliness. The same old products and propositions just wouldn’t cut it anymore. And that’s where we came in. Today, a home isn’t just a place to live—it’s an extension of who you are. It’s meant to be shown off, to reflect your personality, and to be kept in a way that makes you proud. This shift in mindset has redefined what cleaning means. It’s no longer just about safedi or safai—it’s about care, longevity, and creating spaces that feel as good as they look. When we hear comments like, “Your magic eraser sponges are a lifesaver,” or when friends call to say how it’s tackled stubborn wall-stains (especially in rental homes where whitewashing is less frequent), we know we’re on the right track. These moments, whether through DMs, comments, or casual conversations, remind us why we do what we do. The same thinking drove us to create our liquid detergent and dishwash liquid. Built around the proposition of care, they’ve found their loyalists. In India, as front-load washing machine penetration grows and wardrobe spending increases, people aren’t just looking for cleanliness—they want clothes that last longer, stay vibrant, feel softer, and smell fresher. One of our most surprising insights came from newlywed brides, who became power users even before mothers with babies. Why? Because their clothes are expensive, sentimental, and filled with memories. It’s a completely new perspective—one we might have missed if not for the 40-50 customer calls we make monthly. We’re still a work in progress, closer to the start line than the finish line. But every step of this journey has been incredible. We’re grateful for the support, the feedback, and the trust you’ve placed in us.
