Flipkart Flipkart Support Kalyan Krishnamurthy We, Lily India Pvt. Ltd. had incurred loss of Rs.50735 between Sept,2020-April,2021. Several tickets raised with seller support & matter escalated to A/C Manager but never got any resolution or reimbursement. Loss happened because of giving Free Shipping to Customers without our Consent for many SKU IDs. Screenshot attached.
