🎉 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗸𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲🎉  On 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, our students participated in a 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at Shahiri Vitthal Umap Government ITI, Rajapur. We are thrilled to share that our 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 projects won 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀!  These projects will now compete at the 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, which is a big achievement for our team.  Congratulations to all the students and teachers who worked hard to make this possible. 🌟 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗽: 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 🌟 Here’s a quick recap of an exciting week at Lokpanchayat Rural Technical Training Institute! 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 On December 25, 2024, 31 of our students visited Monk Automation in 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸'𝘀 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗖. This incredible opportunity allowed them to gain hands-on insights into how electric panels are manufactured to support automation in large-scale industries. The students explored the processes behind automation and learned how Monk Automation supports other major companies with their innovative solutions. A special thanks to 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗱𝗲, Director at Monk Automation Pvt Ltd, for taking the time to share his expertise and showcase the facility. We also extend our gratitude to our team members V𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗽𝗻𝗶𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺, for guiding the students during this visit. The goal was to understand the latest trends and learn how we can better prepare our students to meet current industry standards. Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Joseph Plakkoottam, Program Director of the Poverty Learning Foundation, at our institute. Dr. Plakkoottam, who came all the way from Hyderabad, is not only a renowned professional but also a mentor to one of our trustees, Sarang Pande Lokpanchayat sir. It was truly inspiring to witness his appreciation for the work being carried out by his student and our team. His kind words and warm wishes have further motivated us to continue striving for excellence. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Plakkoottam for visiting us and sharing his encouragement. As part of 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸, Lokpanchayat recently organized an awareness campaign in Akole, focusing on violence against women. Our work against gender-based violence is not new; it’s been a part of our mission for decades. In 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟲, Lokpanchayat took a bold step toward empowering women by forming self-help groups. Starting with 5,000 women, this movement has grown to include 𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. These groups have provided women with the tools to create brighter futures for themselves and their families. Recognizing that empowerment goes beyond safety, we’ve focused on creating 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 to help women become financially independent. Our campaigns not only raise awareness but also encourage women to stand up for their rights, break free from cycles of violence, and reclaim their lives with dignity. These efforts have inspired thousands of women to transform their futures and contribute to a more just and equitable society. Every voice matters in this mission. Women are the 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱, playing a key role in managing families. But sometimes, their efforts go unnoticed, and people assume, “𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.” The truth is, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 new things to manage their homes better—we just don’t always recognize it. To support this, Lokpanchayat organized a one-day workshop across various villages in the sangmaner block. Through this workshop, we taught women 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. These skills will empower them to handle everyday challenges with more independence and confidence. When women are empowered, the entire family and community benefit. Through this program, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱. Every child deserves to grow up with dignity, respect, and the full enjoyment of their basic rights—be it the Right to Education, Right to Play, or Right to Protection. Sadly, many children face challenges such as abuse, neglect, or a lack of opportunities. At Lokpanchayat, we believe awareness is the first step toward creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Each year, we conduct Child Rights Awareness Programs in schools across rural areas, engaging both students and teachers.  We’re grateful for the participation and commitment of these young minds and educators in becoming champions of child rights. Everyday household items often break, causing inconvenience and delays. Women at home face the most challenges when repairs take time or require outside help. To solve this, Lokpanchayat organized a Women’s Training Workshop to teach simple repair skills for common household items. This training helps women save time, become self-reliant, and handle small problems with ease. Small steps like these can lead to big changes. At Lokpanchayat, we’ve developed a unique 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 that identifies earthing status in sockets, displaying '𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱,' '𝗕𝗮𝗱,' 𝗼𝗿 '𝗡𝗼 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.' Last year, we launched our 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, dedicated to ensuring safer homes through proper earthing awareness. This year, we are committed to covering one entire village with this initiative, educating residents about the critical importance of earthing to prevent fatal electric shocks.
