𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝? Surprisingly, it is 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦. Thriving in this business is the 𝐈𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 in India, known for their unparalleled expertise in 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐞-𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. They play a crucial role in supplying powdered venom used in producing life-saving antivenoms. Despite holding a significant market share, the cooperative faces challenges, including 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, mainly in the Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram districts. These factors hinder their ability to meet the growing market demand and contribute to quality issues in antivenom production. Led by Ms. Treesa Binny and Mr. Jidhesh K P, the visit offered valuable insights into operational enhancements, innovative venom extraction techniques, industry benchmarks, and strategies to boost efficiency and income generation. #MyJourneyatmByom “After completing my B.Com degree in March 2024, I began exploring career opportunities with organizations that make a positive impact, as someone who wants to contribute to society through my work. My friend introduced mByom to me, and I joined as an intern at the NSNOP Project Management Unit. I worked across different teams during my internship, including finance, administration, strategy, and donor relations. I am now part of the Donor Relations team, having transitioned to a full-time role after three months of the internship. My role is connecting with donors and guiding them from the first point to conversion until their project is moved to the implementation stage. One of the most impactful moments of my journey at mByom occurred during my first two collector visits. While pitching to the collectors, my lead Luke Aslaksan communicated in a style that made complex points easy for everyone to understand. Since then, I have included this perspective while connecting with donors who come from various backgrounds. From the very first day, I joined mByom, I’ve been eager to learn, and I loved the opportunity to explore various tasks. Pushing myself to communicate with various people and exploring new things every day has helped me break free from my shyness and has transformed me into a confident person. At the end of the day, my contribution, combined with the collective effort of others, benefits countless students. This is my biggest motivation. I would like to thank Mr. Ajit Mathai for the opportunity to work in this amazing organization.” Luke Aslaksan, Lead, Corporate Relations & Communications says, “He is hungry for knowledge.” mByom wishes Praveen B continued success in his journey and looks forward to seeing him thrive even further! #MyJourney #GrowthAtmByom #LearningEveryday #DonorRelations #Teamwork #Grateful #CareerDevelopment #mByom

The Tamil Nadu government is providing quality education through various initiatives. One such transformative initiative is Namma School Namma Ooru Palli (NSNOP) under the Department of School Education. NSNOP promotes public-private partnerships and contributions to #government schools across the state. While governments’ efforts have improved education and basic facilities, corporate and public support is crucial to meet evolving needs and technological advancements. mByom initially served as a Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) for Samagra Shiksha, Department of School Education, Tamil Nadu. Now, we are dedicatedly facilitating and strategically operationalizing the NSNOP initiative. Our role extends to identifying untapped potential CSR funding, aligning school needs with corporates’ interests, strengthening corporate relationships, donor reporting, and capturing the impact. The NSNOP portal allows donors to contribute via cash, materials, school engagement activities, or scholarships. Each donor receives a dedicated dashboard to track their contributions, while a single-window clearance process streamlines approvals. The #initiative is closely monitored by secretaries at the state and I.A.S. officers at the district level, ensuring efficient oversight and transparency. As of March 2024, our support has greatly contributed to raising ₹282.19 crore, benefiting over 10,000 schools through partnerships with 267 organisations and 1,006 individuals. These funds have been allocated to address high-priority needs, including constructing and renovating girls' toilets, classrooms, STEM and high-tech labs, installing smartboards, supporting students entering premier institutions, and other contributions. This momentum continued strongly into the financial year, with an impressive additional ₹168 crore raised by October 2024, bringing the total to ₹450 crore over two years. At mByom, we are thrilled to drive this project in #partnership with the government, leveraging our expertise in government processes. #projectmonitoringunit #pmu #consultancy #managementconsultant

𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘𝘀: 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽 Two of our team members, Anjana Menon and Varshini D., recently accompanied a delegation from 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝗱𝘂’𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼, 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 & 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 (𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘) 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝘂𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁. Over the past three years, we have been deeply involved in facilitating MSMEs in Tamil Nadu, helping them grow through strategic market interventions and development initiatives. This visit was another step in 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲. The focused efforts in branding, market access, and infrastructure—seen in initiatives like Garvi Gurjari—highlight how strategic interventions can significantly boost the success of local products. Our visit to Amul was another key highlight. Equally humbling was our interaction with the Mata ni Pachedi artisans. Despite the many challenges they face, their unwavering commitment to preserving their traditional craft left a deep impression on us. Their dedication is a testament to the resilience and strength of artisan communities. At mByom, we are excited to bring these learnings back to Tamil Nadu, where they will help us craft more impactful and sustainable solutions for MSMEs, in line with our work under the FaMeTN engagement. #msmes #consultancy #managementconsultancy #sustainability #marketintervention Amul (GCMMF) | Amul India
