I am happy to share that with the completion of my 4th robotics project I have created a pick and place robot model named Bikasho.🤖    The Robot is operated through a mobile phone connected through the Bluetooth and this makes it simple to use. The integration of the software for controlling the phone increases the facilities of the robot and the satisfaction level of the end-user.    Like any project, Robot has a couple of areas for improvement:    1. Occasional power issues.  2. Bluetooth connectivity challenges. But these have not in any way demoralised me base when it comes to this project. Bikaso is essentially a personal project and not linked to any company – this page is the exploration of the possibilities of robotics and most importantly – fun!      Future Plans: 9 Fun Targets for the Future Now! 🚀   As I continue to refine and expand my pick and place robot model "Bikaso," the project here are nine exciting goals for its future development: 1. Enhanced Power Management: Concentrating on the power supply line and possible items that can affect performance. 2. Improved Bluetooth Connectivity: Finding a solution to interconnectivity problems for ease of control.    3. Integration of Advanced Sensors: Introducing new the set of sensors to increase environment perception capability.    4. Optimized Path Planning Algorithms: They are better of organizing their movement through smarter algorithms.    5. Remote Monitoring Capabilities: Allowing for monitoring through a connected device in real-time. 6. Enhanced User Interface: Improving the control software for a better, easier to use interface. 7. Expansion of Payload Capacity: Improving the robot’s capacity to work with and transport large items. 8. Exploration of Autonomous Features: Angles for the investigation of the possibilities of autonomous operation. 9. Integration of Machine Learning: Analyzing the scope of applying Machine Learning algorithms in the processes of adaptive decision-making and improving operational Intelligence. A special thanks to 1. Anushka Satav 2. Dhanasekaran M, 3. Dr.J. JEROLD JOHN BRITTO, ,Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam and 4. Medsby Healthcare & Engineering Solutions for your invaluable support and contributions to this project.   Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Looking forward to sharing more updates and innovations soon. #Robotics #Innovation #Tech #Engineering #Bluetooth #Automation #Arduino

First 3D Printed Brain Model from the First Swoop MRI Scanner in India!! 🧠 ✨ Ever since the ultra-low field portable Hyperfine, Inc. Scanner was unboxed at Christian Medical College and Hospital - CMCH Vellore, our team had been captivated by this incredible technology. We've had the opportunity to undertake scans with volunteers of different ages and experiment with various combinations of post-processing algorithms. One day, I thought, "Why Should I not take a scan of Myself?". The beautiful MRI scan of my Brain from the revolutionary device sparked a deeper curiosity to further reconstruct it. I was eager to investigate how the 3D-printed model would turn out based on the reconstructed model from the low-field scans. I sincerely want to express my heartfelt thanks to Medsby Healthcare & Engineering Solutions for helping me realizing this dream and lending your expertise. The outcome was truly astonishing, and I was amazed by the magnificent resin model generated from your in-house 3D-Printer. Key areas including, the Sulci and Gyri did came out really well. Looking forward to further collaborations in the near future!! I would also like to express my gratitude to the King's College London team for their continuous support, and to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for their sponsorship. Finally, Now when someone asks: Do you have a Brain? 😉 Le Me: 👇 👇 #MRI #globalhealth #radiology #AI #3Dprint #neuroscience #brainmodel #communityhealth

Diligently, Investigating the Prospects of Manufacturing: Additive Manufacturing and DLP. Having recently entered the realm of additive manufacturing, the potential it presents has astounded me. I have recently explored Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, and I must say that it has significantly altered the landscape. You inquire, "What is Additive Manufacturing?" It is a revolutionary process in which 3D digital models are used to construct products layer by layer. Traditional manufacturing constraints are done away with! Particularly compelling was DLP, a creative additive manufacturing method. DLP, as compared to normal layer-by-layer printing, cures resin layer by layer using light; this produces components that are extremely precise and detailed. Single-Make Component-to-Manufacture: The Power of One Component to Rule them All In my research, I was given the chance to explore with the making of a single-make component-to-make. This methodology, in which a solitary component stands for many normal parts, changes effectiveness and design flexibility. The effects are extensive, such as lowered assembly time, lighter final goods, and previously out of reach levels of complexity in designs. Also, quality control is simplified because there is less room for error when there are fewer components. My Personal Experience: Gaining firsthand knowledge of additive manufacturing and DLP has been an enlightening experience. Experiencing the complexities of resin curing and beholding the enchantment of layer-by-layer construction has evoked wonder and anticipation in each instance. However, the true exhilaration commenced when I witnessed my initial single-make component-to-make appear. The realisation of the potential impact this technology can have on industries around the world and the subsequent sense of accomplishment were truly motivating. Thankyou Medsby Healthcare & Engineering Solutions
