Last month I got the opportunity to fly to India to meet the Mejora Infotech Pvt. Ltd. team who work on FundTap. How amazing is India! I'll definitely be back. And what a lovely week with our team, and the beautiful hospitality they showed us. I've worked with offshore development teams for the past few years but haven't before been able to visit in person. This year I've been reflecting on the value of working in person. If you'd told me I'd feel this way 3 years ago when I was working from home I'd have looked at you strangely. But I've learnt the value in the unstructured collaboration that comes from being in the same space as your colleagues. So thanks to Matthew Peacey and the rest of the FundTap team for giving me this opportunity, and thanks again to Animesh Biswas, Jayita Das and the wonderful team and culture they have created at Mejora.
